Max Verstappen’s first Red Bull car in a season he was promoted from Toro Rosso to Red Bull, winning his first race in the RB12 after both Mercedes cars crashed into each other on lap 1 of the Spanish Grand Prix. No one has done was Verstappen did since.
The season as a whole was good for Verstappen, finishing well in all races in a car that was the second fastest throughout the season.
